The club lounge offered excellent snacks, but the bathroom layout was confusing.

The hotel offers an excellent lounge with a variety of delicious food and drinks, making it the best lounge experience I've had. My junior suite was spacious and extremely comfortable, with an outstanding bed. I appreciate the attentive staff who provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

I loved the elegant decor throughout Sheraton Grand Warsaw, especially the stunning golden elevators and spacious lobby. It was easy for me to navigate as a senior, with smooth surfaces and convenient access to all areas of the hotel.

More comfortable seating in the lounge would be appreciated.

However, checking out felt like waiting for a bus in a queue—two counters open at lunchtime? ! And the staff lunch break? A touch dramatic! Do we need an intermission?

During my stay, I really appreciated the central location as it allowed me to easily explore the nearby Frederick Chopin Museum and the beautiful Saxon Garden, both just a short walk away that made my weekend adventure so enjoyable. The spacious room with modern yet classy decor and the exceptional breakfast with fresh options and a live cooking station made my experience even better.

my stay at sheraton was lovely. the location is great, just a short walk to nowy swiat, a charming spot with a french bakery where I had delicious scrambled eggs and coffee for around 30PLN. the breakfast team went above and beyond, making my mornings delightful with their attentiveness and tasty offerings. the fitness center was a fantastic bonus too, very well-equipped and open 24/7!

The reception experience was truly impressive, thanks to Mario and Zofija's exceptional assistance. Also, the spacious room had a fantastic city view, adding to our enjoyment during our stay.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped with a late departure, showing great care. I recommend trying the breakfast. I'm coming back for a city trip.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Old Town and visited the famous Vistula Boulevards. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was top-notch with a ton of options. Also, the location is perfect for walking to all the attractions.

One downside was the pillows. they felt too soft and didn't provide enough support for a good night's sleep.
